Cancellation and Refund Policy By The Northern Lights Hotel

The Northern Lights hotel believes in helping its customers as much as possible, and has, therefore, a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations would be considered for room bookings only if the cancellation request is made immediately after the booking and payment completion. In such a situation, the complete amount would be refunded.
  • For room bookings made well in advance, the complete payment amount would be refunded back to the customer if cancellation request is placed no later than 7 days prior to the check- in date. For cancellation requests made between 7 to 3 days prior to the check- in date, 50% of the payment amount would be refunded. No refund would be processed for cancellation requests made later than 3 days prior to the check- in date.
  • The refunds arising from cancellation request for tour packages may not be entertained if the arrangements have been made and the corresponding vendors have been paid.
  • Any Refunds approved by The Northern Lights hotel would be processed within 5 business days from the date of approval.
